Improve mental health and substance use outcomes
Designed for university students
Background
University is an important transition period full of many changes and new experiences. Many students will be leaving home for the first time, experimenting with substance use, meeting new people, and feeling pressure to do well in a competitive environment. While this can be exciting, it can also become overwhelming - many students may struggle with their mental health at some point. Stress-related problems, depression, and anxiety are common, as well as more serious emotional difficulties and substance abuse. These challenges can seriously impact an individual's ability to thrive in their university years and even bring damaging long-term consequences for the future.
